The customer journey
The end-to-end path a customer takes from landing on the site to having a battery installed.

This is the happy path a typical customer follows. Each step links to the deeper page that explains it.
Find their vehicle
The customer enters their registration and state. The site looks up the car and remembers it for the rest of the visit. See Vehicle lookup.
See compatible batteries
Collection and product pages now highlight which batteries fit that vehicle. Batteries that don't fit are flagged so the customer doesn't buy the wrong one.
Check delivery for their area
The customer enters their postcode. The site tells them whether delivery and at-home installation are available in their area. See Delivery zones.
Choose: deliver, or book installation
The customer can simply buy the battery, or book a professional installation. If they book, they pick an appointment slot and provide their details. See Installation booking.
Checkout
The battery (and the installation service, if booked) are in the cart with all the booking details attached. The customer checks out through standard Shopify checkout.
Fulfilment
The CBP office sees the order, reads the attached vehicle and appointment details, and dispatches an installer from the central calendar. See Reading & fulfilling orders.
